\n The HSE Accident Investigation Refreshment activity was conducted as an effort to improve employees' understanding of handling and analyzing workplace accidents accurately, promptly, and in accordance with established procedures.\n <\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n This refreshment program was attended by employees to enhance their comprehension of workplace safety protocols. During the session, participants were provided with materials regarding the fundamentals of occupational safety and the importance of identifying potential hazards in the work environment. Additionally, participants were equipped with an understanding of the initial steps to take when responding to an accident.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

\n Furthermore, participants received training on workplace accident investigation techniques, ranging from data collection to root cause analysis. This aims to ensure that every incident can be properly evaluated to prevent similar accidents from recurring in the future.
